After a few years of daily use, the leatherette on my Secretlab TITAN started peeling — mostly on the side bolsters and seat edges. The chair frame and mechanics were still solid, so replacing it entirely made no sense.
Managed to get new parts and swapping them out was straightforward — just a few bolts.
Good as new. If your TITAN’s leatherette is peeling, check with Secretlab support — depending on your warranty status, replacement parts may be free or heavily subsidized.
